What it does.
X-ray Intelligence adds a real-time AI detection layer to your existing baggage, parcel, vehicle and cargo scanners. Generic X-ray AI ships with someone else's categories. X-ray Intelligence lets your authorised team add or retire classes, annotate images, validate results and push governed updates across the fleet.
From fixed pre-trained models to client-owned detection.
Your team trains the model inside your own environment, using authorised reference scans and labels. A new drug or home-made explosive can become a live detection class within a day, with no data leaving your site.
HOW IT WORKS
Import and Organise
Import X-ray images from your operational scanners and organise datasets by site, scanner type and category.
Works with different scanner models through image export or stream access.​​​
​Annotate
Operators select items on the X-ray, label them (drugs, weapons, syringes) and mark them as training data. Multiple objects can be annotated per image.​​
​Train and Validate
Train on approved data, with synthetic augmentation where rare or sensitive classes are data-limited. Review validation reports and set per-class thresholds before release.​
